Some volunteers snapped pictures freely, assuming it was fine, but local norms value privacy deeply. Our solution? Ask permission first and share only approved group shots. It was a small shift that made a big difference. Respecting dignity isn’t about banning everything or posting everything; it’s about finding balance between visibility and privacy, something the Doctrine of the Mean captures perfectly.
